The original Tarantella was a dance (or so they say) done in Italy to ward off the effects of the bite of the Tarantula. Well, frankly, who has the energy for that in these hot summer days. My Tarantella is a drink best done before an Italian meal to tantalize the palate and get it ready for a big dish of Penne Funghi Funghi.
