Spider's Fortified Pimm's Cup

Pimm's Cup is a British apertif available in most large liquor stores. It's mild for my taste, but a bit of gin and lemon cures that.

Shake with ice and strain into a highball glass. Serve with a cucumber spear as a swizzle stick. Hit with a dash of tonic, if you wish.
