Southwestern Cuisine has more spice than many are used to. Lime juice is one of the best palate cleansers. Gin works, too.
 | Three Ounces Gin

 | Three Drops Of Vermouth
|
 | Lime Wedge (One Quarter of a Lime, Sliced Lengthwise) |
Shake all ingredients with ice. (Don't stir. Don't squeeze the lime.) Strain and serve.
