Don't you just love a civilized drink while you cook? I do. I'm also a firm believer in not wasting, so here's something to do while you cook my Rotelle With Fennel Pesto And Roasted Vegetables.
After you've poured the lime juice into the food processor for the pesto, pour the vodka into the container into which you squeezed the lime and slosh it around. Pour it into a shake with ice. Add the vermouth, strain and serve. |
