Calvados is a French apple brandy that seems just perfect on a cold evening. It bears the faint hint of apple blossom, making the wait for spring something to savor in and of itself.
 | 3 oz. Calvados |
 | 1 oz vodka |
 | 1 small cinnamon stick |
Shake the first two ingredients with ice in a martini shaker and strain into a well-chilled martini glass. Use the cinnamon stick as a swizzle stick.
