Limoncello Cooler

As much as I loved the Limoncello I had at Palle D'Oro, it's still very sweet, even when it's icy cold from the freezer. Luckily there's a cure for that.

2 oz Limoncello

1 oz vodka

Chill both bottles in the freezer overnight. Mix the ingredients together and enjoy with your espresso after you eat some Pasta Con Le Melanzane.
