A strange little drink to lead into a strange little year. This is a late-evening version of the Mimosa that you usually find served at bruch.

	3 ounces Champagne
	1 ounce Cointreau

 

Pour the Cointreau slowly into the Champagne. Stir lightly and enjoy.
